Sandra Tsing Loh hosts the syndicated daily radio science minute and NPR podcast “The Loh Down on Science.” She holds a B.S. in physics from Caltech, from which she received a distinguished alumna award in 2001. A contributing editor to The Atlantic Monthly, she has been a regular contributor to NPR’s Morning Edition, APM’s Marketplace, and This American Life. She’s the author of six books, including two New York Times notable selections, and has had a distinguished theater career both regionally and off-Broadway. She’s an adjunct associate professor at UC Irvine in drama and science communication.
